The White River Alliances proudly serves the following communities: Barnard, Bethel, Granville, Hancock, Rochester, Royalton, Stockbridge.  This includes coordinating the collection and transfer of municipal solid waste, recyclable materials, and organic materials. The Alliance also oversees the proper disposal of HHW, biosolids, and pharmaceuticals throughout the alliance.
